The Flanders Fire Department & Rescue Squad provides emergency services for the southern section of Mount Olive Township, Morris County, New Jersey.
Since 1923 the volunteers of the Flanders Fire Company No. 1 & Flanders Rescue Squad have been providing emergency services to their community seven days a week, 24 hrs a day.

Some Interesting History
- The Flanders Fire Company was offically established June 8, 1923 by seven residents. They were Howard and Edward McLaughlin, William Marvin, E.C. Ted Ashley, George Ericson, Watson McPeek, and Augustus Stark.
- The First Fire Chief was Edward McLaughlin (1923)
- The Flanders Fire House began as a one-room school house that was built in 1855
- Flanders Fire Company's first fire truck was a "Brockway Torpedo"
